When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via text, phone call, or email. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full or result in a deduction from member credits.
How do you ensure my serenity?
We ask that all of our clients respect our sanctuary by keeping conversation to a minimum and turning off your cell phone. We invite you to deeply relax, quiet your mind, and let go.
Should I tip the LMT?
While tips are never expected, they are always appreciated by our therapists. Each therapist has a Venmo code displayed in the treatment room for your convenience.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please email hi@yomassagespa.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
